Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a skilled Logistics Trainer to develop and deliver training programs that boost the effectiveness of our global logistics operations. The role requires expertise in international trade regulations, supply chain management, and best practices to ensure our teams perform at their best.

You will design content, conduct trainings, update SOPs and playbooks, and take ownership of the program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of logistics and supply chain experience in a global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations & customs procedures.
• Proficiency in SAP, Ariba and Google Office Suite.
• Ability to create training materials such as playbooks and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for logistics personnel across regions.
• Create content, manuals, SOPs and training visuals.
• Lead new hire trainings and assess trainees.
• Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and customs.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify training gaps.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and travel for training.
