Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Hapert is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage international key accounts from inquiry to delivery, coordinating with carriers and colleagues in a dynamic logistics environment.

You will oversee shipments, monitor stock, and ensure timely communication with customers to keep everyone informed and aligned with operations. A collaborative team supports growth and ownership at every step.

Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics environment, preferably in a customer service role.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Clear communication skills with a practical approach to solving problems.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week and undergo VOG/VGB screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily contact with customers, carriers and internal departments regarding shipments.
• Organise and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to and from the warehouse.
• Ensure accurate goods receipt and dispatch, and monitor stock levels in the WMS.
• Resolve customer queries and operational challenges with clear communication and solutions.
