Job summary

DSV Hapert is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support international automotive and high-tech key accounts from start to finish. You will be the main contact for customers, coordinate shipments with carriers and colleagues, and ensure deliveries go out on time with clear communication.

You will join a 5-person team in a dynamic logistics environment, work 40 hours per week, and enjoy hybrid work options and opportunities for development within DSV.

Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics environment, preferably in a customer service role.
• Good command of English.
• Clear communication and practical problem solving; stay organised and liaise with customers and colleagues.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week and willingness to undergo VOG and VGB screening.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders and oversee shipments from warehouse to delivery.
• Coordinate operations with carriers and internal teams to ensure on-time departures.
• Maintain clear communication and resolve queries and issues with practical solutions.
• Monitor stock levels and advise on inbound/outbound movement and records in the WMS.
