• Strong English and Dutch language skills with a hands-on, improvement-focused approach.

• Own the full recruitment cycle from intake to hire.
• Collaborate daily with hiring managers and guide candidates through the process.
• Balance speed, quality and expectations while managing multiple vacancies.
