Job summary

DSV in Venlo is seeking a Warehouse Manager to take ownership of the complete warehouse operation, from inbound to outbound, and to lead a team through supervisors, team leaders and operators. You will drive continuous improvement, performance KPIs, and change management, using data and collaboration with internal stakeholders to improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Transport & Logistics or related field.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in logistics/operational environment.
• Experience with KPI management, process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills, decisiveness and the ability to think several steps ahead.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Supervisor and multiple Team Leaders to run the operation.
• Initiate and drive continuous improvement and change projects.
• Make decisions for a safe, high-quality and productive warehouse operation.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to optimize service levels.
• Analyze results, manage KPIs and deliver sustainable improvements across the operation.
