Job summary

Hunkemöller B.V. is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design, implement, and continuously improve global training programmes and leadership development across the organisation.

You will translate business priorities into practical learning solutions and manage projects from brief to delivery. You will collaborate with HR and country teams, monitor progress, gather feedback, and ensure a high-quality learner experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or training coordination.
• Strong understanding of learning needs analysis and development of practical solutions.
• Ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate needs into clear briefs or project plans.
• Strong project coordination skills across timelines, priorities, content creation and logistics.
• Confident communication and collaboration across functions, countries, and levels.
• Experience with digital learning platforms, content tools, PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting.
• Curious, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset with ownership, but knows when to involve others.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for a high‑quality learner experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of engaging with business stakeholders to understand training, leadership, and development needs across the organisation
• Translate business priorities and capability gaps into practical learning solutions, delivered on a project basis from brief to implementation
• Design, develop, and roll out global training programmes, development initiatives, and supporting learning materials
• Coordinate training activities, events, and project logistics to ensure smooth delivery and a strong learner experience
• Create, update, and maintain training content and communication materials, ensuring they are relevant, engaging, and aligned with brand standards
• Monitor learning progress, gather feedback, and report on the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives
• Collaborate with HR and functional teams across countries to ensure learning solutions are aligned, scalable, and business relevant
• Core KPI's: Training effectiveness, knowledge retention, behaviour change, and application of learning
