Job summary

GAC Europe in Amsterdam seeks a Learning Operation Specialist to coordinate day‑to‑day learning activities for Sales and Aftersales across Europe. You’ll manage calendars, scheduling, logistics and follow‑ups, ensuring programs progress on time.

The role requires 3–5 years in Learning & Development or training operations, a Bachelor’s degree, and fluency in English. Experience with LMS and MS 365 is a plus, offering a competitive package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant professional experience considered.
• 3–5 years in Learning & Development or training operations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines in an international environment.
• Comfort with data, reporting and digital tools; affinity for learning platforms.
• English fluency; additional European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of Sales and Aftersales learning activities across Europe (scheduling, communication, logistics, follow-up).
• Manage training calendar and learning pipeline; track programmes, markets, audiences, milestones.
• Support trainers and SME in preparation and delivery of learning initiatives; Train‑the‑Trainer activities.
• Maintain learning records, participation data, feedback and assessment results; generate clear reporting.
• Help build scalable learning processes, templates and ways of working across markets.
