Job summary

JPGray - Netherlands in Amsterdam is seeking a Workplace Experience Specialist to create an engaging, inclusive and high-performing workplace. You will blend hospitality with operations to support employees daily.

Collaborating with Workplace Services, Community, Events, Security and business leaders, you will drive initiatives, manage suppliers, analyze feedback and promote wellbeing and sustainability across our offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in workplace services, employee experience, facilities, hospitality or corporate events.
• Strong vendor and supplier management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering projects and operational improvements.
• Strong organisational and planning capabilities.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve workplace services, events and employee experience initiatives.
• Manage supplier performance across multiple soft services contracts and ensure service delivery meets agreed standards.
• Drive workplace engagement through social, wellbeing and community-building activities.
• Support workplace-related projects and implement operational improvements.
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and business leaders.
• Analyse employee feedback and workplace data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support emergency response preparedness and workplace safety initiatives alongside Security and ERO teams.
• Manage escalations and ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Promote sustainability, inclusion and wellbeing across workplace services.
