Job summary

GLO Licensing, part of the Bunzl Group, is seeking a proactive Junior Account Manager to join the team. You will act as a key contact for customers, manage orders from placement to delivery, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

In a fast-paced international B2B environment, you will demonstrate ownership, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting, while supporting sales with customer information and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English written and spoken; international communication is common.
• 2+ years in account management, customer service, or order management; B2B experience preferred.
• Business-minded, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners.
• Handle customer enquiries, follow up on orders, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of orders.
• Support customer-related reporting and administrative follow-up.
