Arvato in the Tech division is seeking an Account Manager to manage, optimize, and grow an international client portfolio within a complex contract logistics environment. You will be the strategic partner, handling contracts, pricing, invoicing, and change initiatives, while coordinating with operations and support to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or business.
• Experience in a similar account management or contract management role within contract logistics.
• Experience with KPI management, commercial analyses, and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience with SAP or similar systems.
• Proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing customer relationships within a complex contract logistics environment.
• Analyzing and improving SLA performance, KPIs, and commercial results.
• Leading MBRs/QBRs and translating data into concrete improvement actions.
• Identifying commercial opportunities such as upselling, contract expansions, and service improvements.
• Managing contracts, pricing, indexations, and commercial agreements.
