Job summary

The Linq Group is seeking a Junior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of about 10 c-type clients and drive commercial outcomes for both clients and the organization.

You will work strategically with clients, developing communication and sales strategies to help them reach their goals and expand client value while ensuring efficient workflows and strong relationships in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• HBO, Bachelor's or academic level of thinking and working.
• Solution-oriented and creative, with the ability to spot and create opportunities.
• Eager to learn, results-driven, and curious.
• Commercially minded and proactive.
• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Experience using and updating a CRM system -HubSpot- is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a client portfolio of approximately 10 c-type clients and achieve commercial objectives.
• Develop communication and sales strategies for clients to meet predefined goals.
• Retain clients and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Achieve monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) targets and contribute to growth.
• Identify client needs and translate them into effective campaigns.
• Create and seize opportunities through strategic and assertive approaches.
• Support and motivate the support team and their workflows.
• Update and maintain the CRM system -HubSpot-.
