Job summary

GLO Licensing, part of the Bunzl Group, seeks a proactive Junior Account Manager to join our international B2B team. This role blends remote work with the option for hybrid collaboration with Arnhem-based colleagues.

You will be the primary contact for partners, manage orders, handle enquiries, and help grow our customer base in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales support in a B2B environment.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Own and nurture relationships with B2B partners; act as main point of contact for enquiries.
• Coordinate orders end-to-end and liaise with internal/external teams to resolve issues.
• Identify improvements to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
• Support the Sales Team with information, reporting and follow-up activities.
