Jobgether seeks a Lead Journey Management Strategist to shape how global enterprises use customer journey management, driving strategic transformation and measurable ROI. In this senior advisory role, you will partner with C-suite executives to embed customer-centricity into strategy and operations across multi-year programs spanning CX, product, digital, and operations.

• Executive-level advisory experience with C-suite stakeholders.
• Enterprise transformation leadership across large, complex organizations.
• Strategic, consulting-style background in strategy or transformation.
• Strong understanding of customer-centric operating models and journey management.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to influence senior decision-makers.
• Commercial and financial acumen with ROI-focused thinking.
• Experience in strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate customer/market insights into product opportunities.
• Ability to define scalable frameworks and methodologies across industries.
• High autonomy, accountability, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Global/intl collaboration with distributed teams and enterprise customers.
