• Proven ability to establish operational governance, frameworks, and standard operating models.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of end-to-end sales cycles, field dynamics, and operational rhythms.
• Track record of partnering with technical, analytical, and enablement teams to translate goals into results.
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder influence, and change management capabilities across all levels.
