Job summary

JBT Marel Corporation is seeking a Senior IT Program Manager to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation programs across the global organization. You will drive strategy-to-execution, coordinate across ERP, governance, security, compliance, and enterprise applications, and collaborate with senior leadership and external partners.

The role requires travel and thrives in a complex, international environment with a strong focus on governance and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

Hold a degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in managing large-scale enterprise programs.
Strong knowledge of governance, risk, compliance, and audits.
Experience with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Planview, Clarity).
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
Resilient, structured, and able to perform in complex environments.
Natural leader who influences without formal authority.

Responsibilities

Lead global, enterprise-wide IT transformation programs across multiple domains and regions.
Define and manage integrated delivery plans, governance structures, and RAID management.
Align business objectives, IT strategy, and operational execution.
Ensure delivery accountability across teams, vendors, and partners.
Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and senior leadership; lead steering committees and forums; communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly.
