Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Global CSC Transformation Manager to lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across the Global Customer Supply Chain. You will partner with Global and Regional CSC Heads and cross-functional teams across Planning, IT, Digital, Data & Analytics and Finance to align priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes governance, ROI tracking, and driving adoption of new processes and tools in a highly matrixed global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Program Management, Supply Chain, Customer Supply Chain, Consulting or related functions.
• Project Management and/or Change Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Prosci) with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business process redesign and evolving operating models for Global Customer Supply Chain.
• Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives including AI adoption and digital transformation.
• Establish governance, KPIs and benefits realization frameworks to monitor progress.
• Translate business needs into actionable transformation plans and ensure adoption.
