Job summary

Infinite Group is seeking an ITAD Business Development Representative to drive growth in our ITAD 2.0 organization from the Netherlands. You will identify opportunities in IT lifecycle management, buyback, circular IT, and asset recovery while building strong customer and partner relationships.

You will work with our ITAD, Services, Operations, and Stock teams to translate commercial opportunities into scalable solutions and help expand our international ITAD footprint in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in business development or ITAD-related fields.
• Fluent professional English; other languages a plus.
• Commercially strong and relationship-driven.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, solution-minded.
• Experience in an international, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities in IT lifecycle management, buyback, circular IT, hardware brokerage, refurbishment, and asset recovery.
• Build long-term customer and partner relationships and translate opportunities into scalable solutions with Services, Operations, and stock teams.
• Collaborate with ITAD team, Services organisation, and international partner network to grow ITAD footprint.
• Qualify opportunities, define value, and build commercial approaches aligned with customer goals.
• Update CRM and manage the sales pipeline to inform next steps.
