GoGlobal is seeking a Payroll Specialist to run in-house Netherlands payrolls using our Numbrs software. You will setup client-specific requirements, ensure compliance, and manage end-to-end payroll processing with accurate data.

Fluent in Dutch and English, you will interact with local authorities, generate payslips, support HR operations, and maintain confidentiality. This role requires independence, organization, and proactive communication within a European context.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience in in-house processing in Netherlands.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (strong).
• Must be located in Europe.
• In-depth experience handling payroll directly and independently on a payroll software.
• Exposure to payroll processing in Portugal and Slovakia would be an advantage, but is not essential.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in using computers and payroll software.
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently under tight schedules.
• Open to flexibility and positive approach towards change.
• Proactive and effective communicator.

Aufgaben

• Running in-house payroll operations using Numbrs payroll software.
• Setup client-specific requirements, adhering to local laws and CBAs, and configuring pay codes.
• Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, gathering, calculating, inputting and validating data.
• Maintain contact with local authorities for filings and registrations.
• Complete payroll documentation and support audits with prepared evidence.
• Ensure compliance with local processing including monthly, quarterly and annual tax filings.
• Maintain and update employee data accurately in the payroll database.
• Generate and distribute payslips promptly to staff.
• Address employee inquiries related to wages, deductions, attendance and time records.
• Stay up-to-date with exemptions or status changes and handle changes efficiently.
• Adhere to payroll policies, procedures and laws; ensure compliance.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll tasks.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of pay records.
• Prepare payroll reports for records or management review.
• Support HR operations in the country.
• Act as escalation point for employee queries.
• Stay informed about HR trends and regulatory changes; share updates.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as requested.
