Job summary

IMC is seeking a Payroll Specialist for our Amsterdam-based Finance Team. You will execute our Dutch payroll in ADP, ensure data accuracy and collaborate with HR Operations to align processes with guidelines.

You will drive process improvements, support policy development, and explore automation opportunities using AI to reduce manual work. The role requires attention to detail, English and Dutch proficiency, and 2+ years of international payroll experience.

Qualifications

• English as main business language; Dutch proficiency required.
• 2+ years of relevant payroll experience in an international environment.
• Experience with Dutch payroll and ADP is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and service mindset.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, flat organization.

Responsibilities

• Execute our Dutch payroll in ADP.
• Maintain and reconcile payroll records and verify payroll data.
• Collaborate with HR Operations to align payroll processes with guidelines.
• Drive process improvements and identify gaps in HR/payroll workflows.
• Document payroll procedures and controls, keeping them current.
• Support policy drafting and governance for payroll.
• Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual work and improve controls.
