Job summary

Versuni, Amsterdam, seeks an HR Systems Specialist to shape global HR systems across the employee lifecycle. You’ll leverage SAP SuccessFactors and related HR tech to enhance the employee experience and HR effectiveness.

As part of Global HR Digital & Analytics, you’ll collaborate with Centres of Excellence, IT and local HR teams to design and improve HR systems. You will manage configurations, test changes, deploy updates, and support integrations with our payroll partner.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ functional experience with HR technology, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Experience designing and implementing HR systems; payroll solutions experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; interest in AI within HR.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR teams to improve HR systems setup and processes.
• Configure and test system changes, support new module deployments.
• Liaise with global payroll vendor and IT for integrations and escalations.
• Provide end-user training and create clear HR system workflows.
