Job summary

Siemens Industry Software Netherlands B.V. seeks a Senior Global HR Business Partner to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement. You will partner with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals and lead change in a global, matrixed environment.

You’ll own talent development, design organizational structures, and collaborate with Finance on headcount and budgeting while ensuring regulatory compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of HR/People & Organization experience.
• GPHR or equivalent HR certification is preferred.
• Strong coaching, influencing, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior leadership to understand objectives and set P&O priorities.
• Counsel on organization design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee lifecycle.
• Lead change management and culture initiatives to support growth.
• Develop a high-performance culture with target setting, performance reviews, and talent development.
• Collaborate with global P&O colleagues to meet business needs across regions.
• Ensure legal compliance and partner with Legal as required.
• Manage employee relations investigations and data-driven insights on organizational health.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategies.
• Oversee L&D/training needs for business units and collaborate with Talent Development.
• Support M&A and restructure activities as needed.
