Job summary

Siemens Software in the Netherlands seeks a Senior Global HR Business Partner to advise senior leaders, drive organizational effectiveness and talent development across a global, matrixed organization. You will lead workforce planning, culture building, and employee lifecycle strategies across sites.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliant, high-impact HR programs while fostering inclusion, performance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years relevant P&O experience.
• GPHR or HR certification preferred.
• Strong coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen; translate strategy into P&O.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior leadership.
• Experience in a global, matrixed environment with Dutch labor law knowledge.
• Fluent in English; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on P&O priorities and OC objectives.
• Coach leaders on organization design, talent management and lifecycle.
• Lead change management and culture development initiatives.
• Embed high-performance culture and drive Talent Reviews.
• Collaborate with COE P&O and cross-location partners.
• Ensure regulatory compliance; partner with legal as needed.
• Address employee relations issues with objective investigations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment efforts.
• Drive headcount approvals with Finance and HR data insights.
