Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software seeks a Senior Global HR Business Partner to join our Netherlands team, supporting our Mendix Rapidminer Go-to-Market organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years P&O experience; Masters preferred.
• Strong coaching, influencing, facilitation and communication skills.
• Solid business and financial acumen; translate strategy into HR action.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior leadership in a global setting.
• Knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR compliance in the Netherlands.
• Fluency in English; proficient in MS Office; Workday experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on organization design, workforce planning and talent management.
• Lead organizational change management and culture development initiatives.
• Drive high-performance culture with performance management, talent reviews and coaching.
• Collaborate with P&O colleagues globally to align HR initiatives with business needs.
• Ensure legal compliance and partner with legal when required.
• Oversee employee relations investigations and data-driven insights on organization health.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for recruitment and workforce development.
• Identify L&D needs and collaborate on training implementations.
• Support M&A and restructuring projects as needed.
