Job summary

Bizzdesign is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to partner with leaders and employees across our global organization. The role is based in Utrecht with 2-3 in-office days per week and monthly travel to Enschede, reporting to the Manager HR Business Partner.

You will drive performance, engagement, and organizational success while navigating local legislation and providing pragmatic recommendations in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in an HR advisory or Generalist role within an international organisation.
• Experience working in the Netherlands with a solid understanding of Dutch employment law and HR practices.
• Experience working with a Works Council and advising managers and employees on employee relations.
• Experience working with HR systems; BambooHR familiarity is a plus.
• Fluency in English (C1 or higher); Dutch language proficiency is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner for a portfolio of countries; initially Netherlands, UK, and Singapore, with potential expansion.
• Advise and coach managers on people-related topics, including employee relations, performance, engagement, and organizational change.
• Support leaders through growth and transformation to build high-performing teams.
• Serve as primary contact for employees and managers on HR matters from enquiry to resolution.
• Manage full employee lifecycle: onboarding, internal mobility, offboarding, contracts, benefits, absence, payroll prep.
• Use HR insights and data to support decision-making, reporting, and continuous improvement.
