• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years P&O experience; Masters preferred.
• Strong coaching, influencing, facilitation and communication skills.
• Solid business and financial acumen; translate strategy into HR action.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior leadership in a global setting.
• Knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR compliance in the Netherlands.
• Fluency in English; proficient in MS Office; Workday experience is preferred.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Global HR Business Partner to join our growing team in the Netherlands to support our Mendix Rapidminer Go-to-Market organization. In this strategic role, you will serve as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement. You'll partner closely with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives, while fostering a culture of inclusion, performance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage with senior business leadership to understand key objectives, challenges, and opportunities and recommend P&O priorities and initiatives to support the di rection the business is taking.
• Partner with leaders and their teams to provide coaching and counsel on matters related to organization design, organization development, workforce planning, talent management, and all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
• Drive and manage significant organizational change management and culture development initiatives that support the business in its growth objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to embed a continuous focus on a high-performance culture to ensure our teams deliver high-impact results and to build a robust talent pipeline. Drive the performance management process, inclu di ng target setting, performance, employee development and Talent Reviews.
• Collaborate with Zone and COE P&O colleagues to ensure our work serves the needs of our customers within the business.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed/required.
• Manage and resolve Employee Relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Understand organizational health; use data to uncover insights and make recommendations to enhance in di vidual and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on organization’s recruitment efforts.
• Own talent & employee development, inclu di ng the identification of L&D/training needs for business units. Collaborate with Talent Development team to select and implement training.
• Manage special HR projects as needed, inclu di ng M&A and restructure activities.
• Identifies training needs for business units and in di vidual executive coaching needs.
• Partner with P&O Managers in other locations and countries to ensure P&O -related business needs are met globally at the business di vision level.
• Partner closely with Finance on various matters, inclu di ng headcount approval process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years relevant P&O functional experience with successful demonstration of the key responsibilities as presented above; Masters degree desired.
• Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) or other HR certification is preferred.
• Strength in coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, written and verbal communication, process development, analytical skill, and problem solving.
• Strong business and financial acumen; ability to translate business strategy into P&O strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to establish trusted relationships with senior leadership as well as strong rapport quickly and broadly across a global customer team.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization preferably in a global environment.
• Solid understan di ng of Dutch labor law.
• Fluent in the English language.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency using applications inclu di ng Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Workday experience preferred.

Our Benefits & Rewards

The salary range for this position is €85,000 to €113,400 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
