ORTEC is seeking a Senior HR Administrator based in the Netherlands to join the Global HR Operations team. You will support the Netherlands and other countries, ensuring accurate, compliant HR administration across the employee lifecycle.

The role emphasises quality execution, process consistency, and localisation of global HR standards while collaborating with HR Partners, Payroll, and specialists to resolve complex cases.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of experience in HR administration or HR operations.
• Solid knowledge of Dutch labour law and payroll processes.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across functions and countries.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Service-oriented with focus on accuracy and employee experience.
• Comfortable working within structured processes with sound judgement.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver end-to-end HR operational support for the Netherlands and assigned countries.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts and HR documentation per Dutch law.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee data in HR systems.
• First point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers.
• Collaborate with HR Partners, Payroll, and specialists on complex cases.
• Ensure compliance and localisation of global HR policies.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain process documentation.
• Support onboarding, changes, and exits with focus on experience.
• Coordinate with global HR colleagues for consistent service delivery.
