Job summary

SoftwareOne in Amsterdam is seeking a Sr. HR Operations Specialist to deliver efficient HR administration across the BeNeLux region. You will support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, manage payroll data, and maintain HRIS across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR administration experience.
• BeNeLux HR operations knowledge with labor law basics.
• Strong data and Excel skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration activities and respond to employee and manager requests with accuracy and efficiency through ServiceNow and other HR systems.
• Support the full employee lifecycle in Workday and related systems, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and verification of required documentation and employee data updates.
• Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR documentation, such as employment contracts, salary letters, deduction agreements, and other personnel documents.
• Coordinate monthly payroll activities for Belgium and Luxembourg, collaborating with Finance and external payroll providers.
• Ensure employee data accuracy and compliance while collaborating with auditors, local authorities, and other internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, service delivery, execution, and technology utilization to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives while providing guidance on HR-related inquiries and directing employees to the appropriate teams when needed.
