Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking an HR Generalist to support international HR activities in Rotterdam, Netherlands. You will work closely with the Managing Director to ensure compliance with local employment laws and foster an inclusive, positive work environment across international teams.

The role covers cross‑functional HR responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, training coordination, payroll coordination, and general administration, with opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years as HR Generalist with international exposure.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Knowledge of Dutch employment law and payroll coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead international HR projects and provide monthly HR reporting.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding for international staff.
• Assist with engagement surveys, performance reviews and training coordination.
• Coordinate invoices and payroll-related processes.
• Support contracts, employee relations and communications.
• Update HR policies to align with local laws and global standards.
