Job summary

STRADE AG. in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR processes across our international operations. You will partner with management and local partners, coordinating payroll and legal matters while implementing STRADE’s HR approach in practice.

You will drive HR strategy, employee lifecycle management, engagement, performance and leadership development, ensuring compliant and efficient HR operations across locations. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in an international environment.
• Experience in HR operations and end-to-end HR processes (hire-to-retire).
• Strong collaboration with management and local partners.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across cultures.
• Fluent English written and spoken; degree in HR/Business is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute and align global HR strategy and priorities with management.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits and offboarding across locations.
• Coordinate payroll, legal compliance and HR data/reporting with local providers.
• Drive employee engagement, performance, succession planning and leadership development.
• Ensure HR policies are applied consistently while adapting to local requirements.
