Job summary

STRADE is seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR processes for its international operations. You will partner with management and local teams to implement the HR strategy, manage payroll coordination, onboarding, compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance across locations.

You will drive employee engagement, talent development and leadership initiatives while maintaining strong policy governance and local adaptations. English proficiency is essential in this global role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in diverse HR functions in an international environment.
  • Experience in HR operations, hire-to-retire administration and policy application.
  • Experience in full hire-to-retire process (labor law, compensation, recruitment, etc.).
  • Ability to work with management and team leaders, and to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in diverse cultural environments.
  • University degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and roll out STRADE’s global HR strategy and priorities with management team.
  • Improve HR processes, policies and initiatives in line with STRADE’s culture, values and business needs.
  • Drive initiatives related to engagement, performance, talent and leadership development, including succession planning and engagement surveys.
  • Support change management and other company-wide people initiatives in line with STRADE’s values.
  • Coordinate and support recruitment with team leaders on hiring and promotions.
  • Manage full employee lifecycle across locations, from onboarding through development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and offboarding.
  • Provide HR guidance to managers and employees, working with local specialists where required.
  • Ensure HR processes are consistently applied while adapting them to local requirements.
  • Handle day-to-day HR matters and payroll inputs, employment contracts, documentation, HR data and reporting.
  • Coordinate compensation and benefits administration with local providers.
  • Coordinate and manage STRADE’s external HR providers across locations.
  • Manage HR administration budget in line with objectives.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with local employment laws and standards, and maintain policies across locations.

Position Description

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing HR processes and activities across STRADE’s international operations. This is a broad, hands-on role focused on putting STRADE’s HR approach into practice and ensuring effective HR processes across different locations. You will work closely with management and team leaders, while coordinating with local partners, particularly for payroll and legal matters. The role combines the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes with the practical, day-to-day HR work needed to support employees and managers.

What You’ll Do
HR Strategy Execution & People Development
  • Execute and roll out STRADE’s global HR strategy and priorities as defined together with management team.
  • Apply and continuously improve HR processes, policies and initiatives in line with STRADE’s culture, values and business needs.
  • Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, performance, talent and leadership development, including succession planning, as well as setting up and analyzing engagement surveys and following up on the results.
  • Support change management and other company-wide people initiatives in line with STRADE’s values.
Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle
  • Coordinate and support the overall recruitment process, working closely with team leaders on hiring and promotion and supporting them in taking ownership of people decisions.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle across locations, from onboarding through development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and offboarding.
  • Manage employee relations and provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees, working with local specialists where required.
  • Ensure HR processes are consistently applied while adapting them where needed to local requirements.
HR Operations
  • Handle day-to-day HR matters and provide practical support to managers and employees.
  • Manage HR administration, including payroll inputs, employment contracts, employee documentation, HR data and reporting to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Apply STRADE’s compensation and benefits strategy and coordinate its administration with local providers.
  • Coordinate and manage STRADE’s external HR providers, including payroll, legal, benefits and other HR service providers across its locations.
  • Manage the HR administration budget in line with agreed objectives.
Compliance & Local HR Support
  • Ensure HR practices comply with applicable local employment laws, regulations and relevant standards, working with local specialists where required.
  • Apply and maintain STRADE’s HR policies, frameworks and best practices across locations.
Who You Are
  • You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in handling diverse HR functions in an international environment.
  • Your background includes HR operations, hire-to-retire administration and policy application.
  • Throughout your experience, you have been involved in the full hire-to-retire process (labor law, compensation, recruitment, etc.).
  • Working closely with management and team leaders comes naturally to you, while you are equally comfortable executing independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills enable you to work effectively in diverse cultural environments.
  • A university degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent complements your professional experience.
  • You have an excellent command of English.
