Job summary

Flow Traders in Amsterdam seeks an experienced HR Generalist to partner with employees and managers across Europe, managing onboarding through offboarding, benefits, relocations, and documentation. You will drive HR improvements, data-driven decisions, and governance across HR processes.

The role requires 6+ years of HR Generalist experience in an international environment, strong HR operations knowledge, and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience in international or fast-paced environments and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, benefits, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner and first point of contact for employees and managers.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave, promotions, transfers, and HR documentation.
• Support relocation, visa, work permits, recruitment, engagement, and organizational change.
• Develop HR dashboards and analytics to support workforce planning and leadership decisions.
