Job summary

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) in Haarlem, Netherlands, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the HR team. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and benefits administration while administering HR systems and policies.

The role requires handling global recruiting and collaborating with colleagues worldwide. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR, HRIS experience, and knowledge of Dutch payroll and employment laws, with fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of related HR experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferable.
• Experience with 360-degree HR processes is required.
• Experience with HRIS systems is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Dutch payroll laws and Dutch employment laws.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Administrator for HR systems.
• Sources, interviews and hires internal and external candidates for positions worldwide.
• Composes and places recruitment advertising across diverse sources.
• Delivers training modules through instructor-led or web-based formats.
• Coordinates employee trainings and policy acknowledgements via Learning Management System.
• Monitors performance evaluations and ensures timely completion.
• Assists with employee relations issues as needed.
• Provides employee assistance for benefits administration.
• Maintains the sick leave system.
• Performs other duties as required.
