Zusammenfassung

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the HR team in Haarlem, Netherlands. The role covers benefits administration, onboarding, policy implementation, and global recruitment.

You will manage HR systems, coordinate trainings, handle employee relations, and ensure compliance with Dutch payroll and employment laws. Fluency in English and Dutch, 40 hours per week, and a proactive team mindset are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience with 360-degree HR processes and HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of Dutch payroll and employment laws.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (verbal and written).
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to present to management and executives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• 40 hours per week.

Aufgaben

• Acts as Administrator for HR systems.
• Sources, interviews and hires candidates worldwide.
• Creates recruitment ads across sources and platforms.
• Delivers training modules, instructor-led or online.
• Coordinates trainings and LMS acknowledgements.
• Monitors performance evaluations and timely completion.
• Assists with employee relations issues.
• Provides benefits assistance and policy clarity.
• Maintains sick leave system and related records.
• Performs other duties as required.
