Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience.
• 2–3 years as HR Generalist or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of Dutch labor law and EU employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary HR contact for EU employees, including the Netherlands.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch labor laws and EU regulations.
• Advise on employment matters, performance management, and statutory leave.
• Administer benefits and coordinate with payroll providers.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle HR processes.
• Collaborate with global HR, Finance, and business leaders on cross‑functional initiatives.
