Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the complete employee lifecycle in the Netherlands, primarily serving the Eindhoven location. This role combines hands-on payroll and administrative duties with strategic HR business partner responsibilities in a multicultural environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong HR administration and payroll experience, knowledge of Dutch labour law, and the ability to advise managers on employment terms while aligning with organisational policies.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 2–5 years of professional experience.
• Deep knowledge of Dutch labour law and HR compliance.
• Solid knowledge of HR administration and payroll fundamentals.
• Experience with IT/HR systems and MS Office.
• Experience in a multicultural international company.

Responsibilities

• Be the HR representative for the Eindhoven location and coordinate employee lifecycle administration.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with external provider and local finance team; ensure timely processing.
• Manage relationships with HR vendors and external payroll provider; monitor service quality.
• Maintain records and HR metrics; ensure Dutch regulatory reporting requirements are met.
• Advise managers on terms of employment; support labour relations and organisational changes.
