Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Senior HR Partner to work closely with B-1 leaders in Veghel, Netherlands. You will act as a trusted HR advisor, guiding teams through organizational change and supporting talent initiatives. The role combines strategic HR partnering with hands-on implementation of key HR processes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in HR Business Partner or Senior HR Partner role, preferably in a global organization.
• Experience in supporting organizational change, talent initiatives, and leadership topics.
• Ability to build credibility with senior leaders and translate business priorities into people actions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with B-1 leaders on people topics and advise on organizational matters.
• Support implementation of the people agenda and identify key trends and opportunities.
• Mentor and coach senior leaders while ensuring high-quality execution of HR processes.
