Job summary

Fitexa BV is seeking an HR Advisor to support managers and employees within the Offshore division on a broad range of HR topics. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring HR policies and people initiatives are implemented consistently across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an HR Advisory position within an international organisation.
• Proven experience advising managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, performance management, and absence management.
• Experience contributing to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong organisational awareness and a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and advise constructively.

Responsibilities

• Support managers and employees with individual HR-related advisory requests.
• Advise on the application, implementation, and interpretation of HR policies, including performance management, compensation & benefits, employee development, and absence management.
• Manage sickness absence cases and guide managers during the initial stages of employee absenteeism.
• Lead or contribute to HR improvement initiatives focused on process optimisation, harmonisation, and continuous improvement, including activities related to international locations.
• Support strategic HR processes such as talent reviews, succession planning, organisational development, and leadership development.
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and HR Centres of Expertise to ensure high-quality HR service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the Offshore organisation and act as a proactive sparring partner for leadership teams.
