Job summary

TenneT zoekt een HR Advisor Offshore om managers en medewerkers binnen de Offshore-divisie te adviseren over HR-vraagstukken en om HR-processen te implementeren. Je begeleidt verzuimgevallen en levert bijdrage aan HR-verbeterprojecten en strategische HR-processen.

Je werkt nauw samen met HR-partners en centers of expertise en onderhoudt sterke relaties met stakeholders, gericht op een gezamenlijke aanpak en optimale dienstverlening.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Advisory position within an international organization.
• Proven experience advising managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, performance management, and absence management.
• Experience contributing to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong organizational awareness and a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and advise constructively.
• A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) must be received before the candidate can start.
• A Pre-Employment Screening (PES) is part of the onboarding process.
• Suppliers and candidates must comply with all applicable employment legislation and the relevant TenneT Collective Labour Agreement (CAO).

Responsibilities

• Supporting managers and employees with individual HR-related advisory requests.
• Advising managers on the application, implementation, and interpretation of HR policies, including performance management, compensation & benefits, employee development, and absence management.
• Managing sickness absence cases and guiding managers during the initial stages of employee absenteeism.
• Leading or contributing to HR improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, harmonization, and continuous improvement, including activities related to international locations.
• Supporting strategic HR processes such as talent reviews, succession planning, organizational development, and leadership development.
• Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and HR Centres of Expertise to ensure high-quality HR service delivery.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the Offshore organization and acting as a proactive sparring partner for leadership teams.
