Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle is seeking an HR Advisor for our Group Functions HR team in the Netherlands (Breda or Schiphol). You will translate policies into local practice, coordinate initiatives and grow your advisory skills under experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities include coordinating HR processes, producing reports on absence and training, monitoring Dutch employment legislation changes and supporting employee engagement in a multinational matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in HR or a related field
• About 1-2 years of HR experience (e.g., Junior HR Advisor, HR Generalist, HR Officer)
• Basic knowledge of Dutch labour legislation and HR policies
• Understanding of HR processes and systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
• Confident with Excel and HR reporting/analysis
• Clear communication and organizational skills; fluent in Dutch and English
• Accurate, proactive approach and eagerness to learn
• Experience in an international or matrix organization is a plus
• Available to work 32–40 hours per week in Breda or Schiphol

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR processes, including performance management and talent activities.
• Translate global HR policies into practical guidance for managers and employees.
• Manage the Group HR Inside page and communicate policies, updates and initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports on absence, performance and training to identify trends and risks.
• Support policy updates and monitor changes in Dutch employment legislation.
• Coordinate and promote ongoing employee engagement activities.
• Initiate and coordinate HR improvements and projects with Senior HR Advisors and HR Business Partners.
