Job summary

Fitexa in Arnhem is seeking an HR Advisor to support managers and employees in the Offshore division on a broad range of HR topics. The role focuses on applying HR policies and ensuring initiatives are implemented effectively across the organisation.

You will join the HR Offshore Division Team, collaborating with HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Absence Management, and Global Mobility specialists to drive talent management, employee engagement, and leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of HR advisory experience in an international organisation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Dutch.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle, performance management and absence management.

Responsibilities

• Support managers and employees with HR advisory requests.
• Advise on application and interpretation of HR policies and processes.
• Manage sickness absence cases and guide managers in early stages of absenteeism.
• Contribute to HR improvement initiatives including international locations.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and Centers of Expertise for high-quality service.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the Offshore organisation.
