Job summary

TenneT is seeking an HR Advisor for the Offshore Division in the Netherlands. You will support managers and employees on a broad range of HR topics, ensuring policy implementation and consistent people initiatives across the organization.

With at least 5 years in an HR advisory role within international settings, you will contribute to talent reviews, performance and absence management, organizational development, and leadership development, partnering with HRBPs and Centers of Expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR Advisory in an international organization.
• Proven experience advising on a wide range of HR-related matters.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and lifecycle processes.
• Experience contributing to HR projects and process improvement.
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills in managing multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support managers and employees with HR-related advisory requests.
• Advise on HR policies, performance management, and absence management.
• Manage sickness absence cases and guide managers during early absenteeism.
• Lead or contribute to HR improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centres of Expertise.
