Job summary

Blue Wireless is seeking a Global Head of Field Services to oversee safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction across on-site installations, break/fix, and de-install activities performed worldwide. The role aims to professionalize the function, improve training, documentation and processes, and build a scalable, high-quality field service capability.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Field Services or Safety operations.
• Strong experience with quality and safety processes.
• Able to work across multiple functional teams.
• Minimal 10 years of experience in business environment.
• Understanding of global IT services and enterprise customer requirements.
• Understanding of networking technologies (IP networking, 5G, LEO satellite connectivity, enterprise WAN) is an advantage.
• Advanced degree (MSc or equivalent) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the global field services aspects including site surveys, service installations and on-site in-life support.
• Create, improve and communicate field service processes and scope of work.
• Work on improving automation and integration into Service Delivery and Support Processes.
• Handle escalations and manage resolution of Field Service activities.
• Work with Procurement to find and contract Field Service providers; manage contractor relationships.
• Lead Health & Safety and Quality programs, audits and corrective actions.
