Job summary

Blue Wireless is seeking a Global Head of Field Services to own the HSEQ function across all markets the company operates in. You will embed safety and quality into field operations, lead risk assessments, and drive incident investigations to prevent recurrence.

This senior role collaborates with procurement and third‑party installers, implements ISO 45001 initiatives, and builds a culture of safety across global teams. Hybrid work model with office and remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Field Services or Safety operations.
• Strong experience with quality and safety processes.
• Able to work across multiple functional teams, supporting and guiding them.
• Minimal 10 years of experience in business environment.
• Understanding of global IT services and enterprise customer requirements.
• Understanding of networking technologies (IP networking, 5G, LEO satellite connectivity, enterprise WAN) is an advantage.
• Experience working with technology vendors, professional service companies, and regulatory environments across multiple regions.
• Advanced degree (MSc or equivalent) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in current field practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and implement the organization’s safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments
• Act as the internal expert and point of escalation for safety and field operations matters
• Work closely with Procurement teams to source and contract third‑party installers
• Manage and audit third‑party installer relationships, including onboarding, performance reviews, and contract compliance related to safety and quality
• Provide training and procedures to third‑party installers to ensure Blue Wireless compliance
• Ensure local compliance with legislation, regulatory obligations and industry best practice
• Development and implementation of effective systems to identify hazards, risks and issues
• Lead incident investigations, hazard identification, risk assessments and corrective actions
• Maintain a centralized, audit‑ready library of all HSEQ policies, Quality Assurance (QA) checklists, SOPs
• Maintain and manage HSEQ registers (e.g. incidents, hazards, SWMS)
• Lead compliance and certification initiatives such as ISO 45001 or other standards to implement industry best practices
