Job summary

Phenospex seeks a proactive Service Technician to deliver high-quality after-sales support, preventive maintenance and system optimisations across global client installations.

You’ll split time between remote diagnostics and international field site visits, ensuring maximum system uptime and top-tier client satisfaction. You will collaborate with Projects and Engineering teams, log activities, and maintain health and safety standards worldwide.

Qualifications

• Educational background in a technical field or engineering program, with hands-on field service experience.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical/electrical/software issues using defined procedures.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Travel to international client sites to train customers, perform preventive maintenance, and deploy hardware/software updates.
• Provide rapid diagnostic and issue resolution support for control systems, hardware and user interfaces.
• Collaborate with IT teams and internal Phenospex groups; feed back to project managers for long-term resolution and product improvements.
• Own technical tickets in CRM, log activities, and report resolutions back to Application Support; communicate outcomes to customers clearly.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment by following health and safety regulations on site and in the workshop.
