Job summary

TGW Northern Europe in Breda is seeking a Field Service Team Leader to lead and develop a team of engineers responsible for keeping advanced automated logistics systems running at peak performance.

You will report to the Field Services Manager, conduct regular performance reviews, collaborate with project and retrofit teams, and ensure safety compliance while driving continuous service improvements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma at least MBO-4, with mechanical, electrical and software skills.
• Electrical qualification at MBO-2 if the diploma is not electrical.
• Experience in field service, installation, upgrades or project-based service work.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and coach a team of Field Service Engineers.
• Support with system audits and fault diagnostics.
• Conduct monthly 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Lifetime Service, Retrofit, and Project teams.
• Recruit, induct and onboard new team members.
• Ensure staff compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
• Drive continuous improvement in service processes.
• Identify opportunities to add value for customers.
