Vattenfall seeks a Head of L&D Strategy & Portfolio to lead an international team and align learning and capability development with business strategy across multiple markets. You will shape the group-wide L&D portfolio and drive strategic initiatives focused on digitalization and AI, translating needs into prioritized workstreams and measurable value.

Competenze

• Extensive experience in learning and development, capability strategy, strategic workforce planning, skills-based talent practices and workforce transformation.
• Leadership experience, preferably from leading specialists in an international matrix organization.
• Strong digital acumen and curiosity, with the ability to anticipate AI implications for work and learning.
• Experience using data and insights to support strategic choices, prioritization and investment decisions.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management across organizational levels.

• Lead the evolution of the capability strategy, anticipating AI and other transformations and translate into priorities for capability building.
• Incorporate trends in workforce, learning and technology as strategic enablers of transformation.
• Strengthen link between business strategy, workforce planning and capabilities, identifying gaps.
• Set direction for more skills-based work and measure value from capability insights.
• Own and govern the group-wide L&D portfolio and investments with strategic relevance.
• Develop scalable approaches embedding learning in the flow of work, enabled by tech, data and AI.
• Lead, empower and develop an international team of specialists across markets.
• Build strong senior stakeholder relationships and represent L&D in governance forums.
