Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Strategic Projects & AI Transformation to drive strategic initiatives for the Wind business area. You will collaborate with sponsors, define strategic direction, and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-evolving energy landscape.

The role involves working with internal stakeholders and management to translate AI capabilities into practical improvements, with a focus on offshore wind and related renewables.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in business, economics, engineering or related field.
• Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy or transformation.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical improvements in decision-making and operations.

Responsibilities

• Learn challenges facing the business and identify opportunities for Strategic Projects and AI initiatives.
• Contribute to setting the overall strategic direction of BU Offshore.
• Scope, align, and lead strategic initiatives and improvement projects; tell clear stories and present analyses to sponsors and management.
• Collaborate with sponsors, the BU Offshore line, and other stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Mentor and develop (Associate) Strategy Advisors and lead project teams.
