Job summary

Jobgether, listed through a partner, seeks a Senior Learning & Development Director based in the Netherlands to build and lead a global learning function. You will set strategy for onboarding, leadership development, technical training, and sales enablement, while modernizing learning with AI and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Learning and Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven ability to build and scale company-wide learning programs from scratch.
• Experience in technical and sales enablement is a plus.
• Experience in a high-growth, international organization with distributed employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global L&D strategy aligned with business priorities and values.
• Lead learning programs from onboarding to leadership development and technical enablement.
• Design leadership development for managers and executives.
• Oversee compliance training with Legal and Compliance teams across locations.
• Manage LMS, content library, and learning tech infrastructure.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent teams to create development plans and succession programs.
• Establish learning KPIs and measure impact on performance and productivity.
• Own the global onboarding experience and framework across engineering, sales, operations, and leadership.
