Job summary

Panda International in Amsterdam is seeking a seasoned Global Employee Development Manager to shape the global learning ecosystem, translating business priorities into impactful development solutions and driving implementation across diverse employee populations and markets.

You will lead onboarding, capability-building and employee development programs, manage learning partners and budgets, and leverage data to continuously improve learning outcomes in a large, global organization.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or Organizational Development in global settings.
• Relevant degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• Strong expertise in learning needs analysis, instructional design, learning technologies and competency frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Shape the global learning ecosystem, including learning technology and competency frameworks.
• Identify learning needs and translate business priorities into scalable development programmes.
• Design and implement onboarding, capability-building and employee development solutions.
• Drive learning adoption and impact through talent, performance and leadership processes.
• Manage learning partners, vendors, budgets and global stakeholder relationships.
• Use data and feedback to measure effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutions.
• Lead global L&D projects and change initiatives from strategy through to implementation.
• Support learning governance, compliance and reporting across the organization.
