Job summary

Vertage is seeking a Learning Technology Manager to own the learning technology roadmap and hands-on delivery across the organisation. You will oversee the LMS, SAP Litmos KnowHow, and integrations, while introducing AI-driven solutions to enhance learning delivery and automation.

You will partner with the Global Learning & Development team and stakeholders worldwide to translate business needs into practical digital learning solutions, improving pathways, content and reporting while balancing

Qualifications

Experience managing learning technology and digital learning platforms in an international or multi-stakeholder environment.
Strong LMS administration experience, including SAP Litmos KnowHow, platform configuration and reporting.
Ability to translate learning requirements into effective digital solutions and AI-enabled workflows.
Hands-on technical knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs and SSO/integrations.

Responsibilities

Own and develop the learning technology roadmap, translating business needs into practical improvements and projects.
Manage and optimise the LMS and integrations with systems such as Workday and Coaching Culture; drive reporting.
Improve digital learning experiences by simplifying access, navigation and learning resources with data insights.
Collaborate with technical specialists to troubleshoot issues and improve integrations; deliver AI-enabled solutions.
Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage suppliers, licences and budgets, and drive adoption of new technologies.
